There's good stuff here. I'll reread it when I'm a bit less bleary and my brain's online, but 'The fire-crackers have rage in them.' is a strong seasonal opening and I like the way that runs through the beginning of the next two stanzas with binoculars and footpaths. 'The souls interchange at the traffic signals' is another line I'd pick out as particularly interesting.
