I reluctantly voted ingrained, but really I wanted to say that I'm a lackadaisical and intermittent poet. When I was a boy, yes, I fit 2. to a certain degree, pouring out my heart onto the page and so forth, though I knew I wasn't really very deep at all. There should be an option for 'strings together a couple of squibs of light verse a year'.
