I believe that's so not okay as to be illegal, isn't it?

We control our own heat, so this was just a case of our apartment cooling down in an unreasonable fashion. However, even when the thermostat says the apartment is set to 72, my bedroom only gets to about 62 degrees because of poor insulation and windows.
