Ugh. Stuck on hold, waiting for a representative from my health insurance company to explain why they denied a claim for my annual physical. This is the second time I've been on hold; after 20 minutes of waiting the first time, a robovoice told me that I was being transfered and then hung up on me

Deny your claim for your physical?? Isn't that the sort of thing they're supposed to promote -- preventative healthcare? Ridiculous.
