The hard part of ramen is making the broth, not the noodles. :| I respect they made their own noodles but their broth section is pretty sad. LOL

Try this one for the broth. Tonkotsu is the king of all ramen broth. :E

Yeah it was the recipe for the noodles I was really looking for - I can devise my own perfect broth at the worst even! XD That one you linked was also one of the recipes I found in my quick search!
