I love the userpic! lol.

This house has been a real labor of love. It was originally built by an Episcopal priest back in the 30's as a summer retreat and morphed over the years into a sort of long, gangly English-cottage type thing. The stone came from a more-than-100-year-old barn that was torn down. The living room has huge chestnut beams running across the roof. When we found it, it was basically a shell, one step away from demolition, with big holes in the wall, etc. People laughed at us for buying it. After 20 years, and tons of sweat equity, it's finally looking more like a home :)
