You're a sophomore and taking the SATs this March or something? Because I've always thought that was a great idea. If you've taken the proper math classes, then you'll probably be fine.
College Board makes a HUGE SAT review book, and that's extremely helpful. It has lots of legit practice tests that were used in previous SATs and even a way to help you score it. I had a single one and it lasted me two years. If you really want help with strategy though (and that's really what it's all about), then I suggest you take an SAT class. I never took one, but lots of my friends did and they all said it was ridiculously helpful.
The SATs are sincerely not that bad. They're long, but that's about it. Don't let yourself get too stressed out over it. Be sure to take one your senior year, though, because colleges look for that, and no more than three regular SATs total because then you look like a loser. XD If you're already thinking about it as a sophomore, then you're way ahead of most kids anyway.
Ohh, I gotcha, I wasn't sure when you were planning on doing it. At least you're serious about it, though. So many people were like "LOLZ higher education whatevs" when I was a sophomore. (that makes me sound old. I'm only a senior... XD)
That's how I did it though, and they DID go up each time. No problem. ^^

Thanks, I'll go check them out.
I'm planning to take around 2 in my junior year and one in my senior. Hopefully my scores improve each time.
Thanks for the advice!
