Also, anti-Zelaya sources talk of a referendum, but Thee Ackurssed Witchipedia (for instance) says it wasn't a referendum, but rather an indicative poll on whether to have a referendum alongside the next election - a big difference in constitutional terms.

Also, how reliable is the source? I've known of some stunning stories appear about things found in ex-government buildings which then vanish utterly - the supposed East German warehouse of Russian-language roadsigns for most of Western Europe, for example. I've never heard of the agency who ran the story, so I don't know how reputable they are.

yeah, a referendum for a referendum.. when i realised there was that level of abstraction i became For. i wonder how that would have worked if it had gotten to the point of a national assembly..

hmm.. yes, strange that it hasn't been more widely reported.. no reference to it on here and only blogs are talking about it as of yet.

ah well, i'm sure the truth'll come out eventually.. hah!

The page on Zelaya himself mentions it, as does the page on the referendum, which also notes that any changes made would be too late to allow Zelaya to seek re-election.

Funny business.
