I recently (Finally) finished watching through all of the original Fullmetal Alchemist series, and the crazy movie. I had started long ago, and then stopped for...some reason I don't remember. Watching the series made me want a Havoc wallpaper for my desktop, but I couldn't find any that I liked in my brief search. (Lazy on the internet is me.) So

Have you watched Brotherhood or just the first series?

My brother has strong opinions in favor of Brotherhood, so I've been watching it as my introduction to the series, but I always like second (or third, or… you get it) opinions.

I have not yet watched Brotherhood. I try to watch things in order, generally. From what I've heard/read Brotherhood is closer to the manga. I do intend to watch it, but first I need to acquire it. (I know, it can be watched on the internet, but I enjoy watching things on my tv while I putter about on the computer, so I need it in actual dvd form.) I've heard it's quite good!

Yeah, I've only watched the seasons available on netflix; I only just found out the whole series is on hulu. (I have an external monitor for my laptop, so I can put netflix on the laptop screen and play games/whatever on the monitor, otherwise I'd totally understand not wanting to watch it on netflix.) The production quality of the series is really high, and I've really been enjoying it.
