You know, I've thought a lot about the bi-sexuality thing (does this come as a surprise to anyone? Pfffft!).
If one is to look in history, it appears that the ratio of gay/bisexual creatives to straight individuals is greatly higher than that of straight to gay 'normal' people....if you'll forgive the crudity of my analysis!
This would suggest that, generally, creative people tend to have alternate sexuality, or alternately sexual people are more creative (however one looks at things). Certainly, for me, it's a case of the creative mind being less inhibited and able to trancesend populous ideals and concepts. It seems only natural therefore that this manifests itself in one's sexuality as well as creativity. Vitually every creative person I've ever met has been, at least, bi-sexual.
I'm not for one moment suggesting that it's a pre-requisite that one has to be a gender-bending arse bandit in order to be a great creative (though always a bonus ;). Just food for thought I guess!
