I suppose I should count myself lucky that I have escaped the City's "curses" for so long. And, as far as curses go, I suppose this is relatively benign.

Still, it is quite difficult to coordinate dress when one does not know what color your skin is going to be.

Indeed. If the colors were more subtle, it would not be so bad. But my skin is quite garish.
