What kind of improvements are you thinking about? I know there's a lot that could be better than it is...

The building, for one thing. It is very nice, but it lacks a certain elegance. And we should hold parties to celebrate the arrival of new residents. Where I am from, it is customary to hold at least a dinner party for a new arrival. Oh! And we should offer classes to teach people how to use their Network devices, should they come from a time where such things are not common.

They're not bad ideas, really! I'm just not sure how it'll work. The Center's kind of operating on a limited budget, you know? But classes are definitely a good idea, and maybe we could make the Center a little nicer if we did some fundraising?
