I think you should cry, Misachan. If you hold it in, it's only going to build up inside of you and make you more sad. If you cry even just once, you'll probably feel at least a little better! You can cry when you're alone if you want to! I like to cry in the shower, because then you don't have to wash your face after ( ... )

When I feel like crying but don't want to, I think about something that pisses me off. Feeling a little bit angry makes me stronger.

Oh, and sorry about your friend leaving. That is always rough. I've had that a few times too.
