oh man, if I don't get that position, I'll be so pissed. I've been going to meetings, almost every single meeting, for 4 quarters now. The people I'm running against have barely been there or haven't been there at all. When I saw Greg Cunneyworth was running against me, I flipped out. He's my art director at SZ and he has never attended a meeting as long as I've been a member. Ughhhhhh.

Yea I don't blame you, I'm gonna be mad too if I don't get a position either. I know I've been going only for this year, but I've made an attempt to try and be there every week. Last quarter I had class during the meeting, but I still was able to sneak away from class and make it to the meetings even though I was a little late.

I know some people haven't been able to go, that's the e-boards fault for not making it at a time that would suit more people. I bet we would have seen some more people if they had asked who was available when and even advertised about the meetings.

Good Luck. I just got elected president of the Model UN team a week and a half ago and I have my first meeting thursday to discuss conferences for next year. >.

Nope, my friend Megan got VP. One of the guys of the current eboard said he lost VP last year and he still got some kind of spot on the board and plays a big part in everything, so he said that maybe I could get something like that, so we'll see what happens.
