I haven't written anything creative for a while, so it was a bit of a surprise... but I really love Reborn! and have been wanting to write something for it for a long time. There are so many great KHR fics out there, but there aren't nearly enough AU/time travel fics, I think. At least not as

This fic is awesome! I mean like, times infinity! And I agree, there's not many time traveling stories in KHR, considering it is canon.

Poor Tsuna BTW. I mean, he knew what was going to happen, but he still got hit by Reborn. And I guess it's a bit bittersweet, knowing that he actually had friends (in his dreams) and he realized he had none in real life.

Well. That was depressing at the start, then slowly got more encouraging towards the end. So, I would have thought he'd be more resistant towards the idea of being a Mafia boss, like canon.
If not because of his huge crush on Kyoko, then at least because of that bloody dream. And fear of Hibari.
Or is he already resigned to his fate, plus his desire to not be alone?
It's really good so far, and really interesting... I like how you put in mentions of the other support characters. (:

Haha, I was kind of hoping for, "Tsuna knows Reborn, and knows that he would hunt him down to the very ends of the earth until he became a mafia boss. Between running away from REBORN of all people, and undergoing his training and nearly dying (but also making lots of friends), Tsuna chooses to become a mafia boss." Or something like that. Well. He'll be resisting here and there (like WHY DID I THINK THIS WAS AN OKAY IDEA moments!).

This is a really interesting idea. I like how there's the normal timeline of the series, and then glimpses of the future and other timelines mixed in. But two things - it's a bit distracting to read dashes where the swear words would be, as at first it just looks like punctuation. Maybe just write out the swear words entirely? It could be "The man swore violently" or something. And "mafiosi" is the plural, with "mafioso" being the singular.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to more of this. Everything seems very in character so far.

Thanks! I posted this pretty late so I didn't have the chance to re-read it before I posted. I fixed the swear word issue... I hope it's better now? And I've changed the mafiosi/o problem. Thanks a lot for catching that!

I loved it! The tone was almost whimsical but so very dark. The idea of his "future" haunting him while he goes through his "future" is endearing, too. Gosh, If I could love this anymore, I would ;p
