I realized today that, aside from a short giftfic for Mi-chan, I haven't written any humor since last July. That's...just shy of a year. For better or worse, my style seems to have grown more serious. I really don't know what to make of it, to be honest

1) My favourite would definitely have to be "fragmentary images", mostly because of the experimental nature. You've really grown as a writer with these. Each one crystalises the details better than previous pieces. My least favourite would be a parody piece you did. High school AUs are so terrible, even parodies make me cringe, no offense.

2) As I said above, your style (at least in the RK fandom) has definitely improved.

3)I think I definitely like your more serious pieces, but that's more because I don't much care for parody.

4) I think you do them justice fairly well. And it's good to add on fandoms. I could take a leaf out of that book, and start writing for my other fandoms...

Thank you for your input, Tori. I really appreciate it. :3 Mostly, I'm worried about my style because, frankly, looking back on some of my more recent oneshots, some of the things I've tried out didn't work. "Agape," for instance...I still love the idea, but the dialogue-only style didn't really work for it. It kind of stripped the individual scenes of their impact, and the whole thing kind of felt rushed. Some of the other ones I'm more proud of, but what do I know? I know what I think worked and what I don't think worked, but I don't know what other people think, and that's an important thing when your goal is to get your stories read.

It's funny that you prefer my serious pieces, giving that we met because of a crackfic. XD

Seeing fics from you in other fandoms sounds promising!

The main reason I put in the fifth question was because the other parts referred more to style...also, it's kind of a catch-all for any other comments/opinions that I couldn't think of specifically.
