So I'm mildly obsessed with fitness. It all started b/c I have that Hilary Duff prob where I have wide shoulders and my upper arms look thick, so I wanted to streamline all that and leaner arms with defined muscles. i couldn't live without my daily exercise. it's not that love doing it but i feel better afterwards and that makes it all worth it. but we all have our problems: i'm really skinny from the waist up lol.

I've been working out for... uhh, 5 years with literally no breaks.... be careful, this stuff is addictive XD

unfortunately it has done absolutely nothing for my cramps or other period woes.

working out definitely helps with having that "happy period" Always wants us all to have.

i've been doing some research on exercise that pairs well with derby. i'm not into being toned as much as it's about being more physically fit. a really good, challenging routine really does make you feel like you're powerful.

Good for you!! ♡ More hxc exercise sounds really empowering once you get into it. I've tried taking cardio classes but always ended up really intimidated and not able to stick it out with them. I have been biking a lot lately, though.

I don't know if you've noticed but I have wide shoulders too! Actually, they're significantly wider than even my boyfriend's D: I've noticed in photos that my upper arms have that Hillary Duff syndrome...

Seriously, ILU'! I need to get back into working out. I've let myself Goooooo. Trinidad Carnival is in March too so I think my goal is pretty realistic.
