I'd say for for a D because it should settle to a C. I think a D-cup would looj too big on you as you are not that broad. I would LOVE to be a C cup - I think it's the perfect size :)

A D but no bigger. You have quite a small frame.
I'd actually be tempted to say go for something equalting a large C cos you will still fill out a bit more.
I'm going for D cos quite frankly I have a HUGE frame and need to be proportional and if I row more it'll look more natural.

the NHS are surprisingly good, Just remember to ask for cancelation appointments and you'll get throughin no time.
Don't be afraid to hastle your local PCT if they drag their heels too
