Going Back to England: Fourth Trip To England [Day 07]
Again I woke up naturally at nine and got myself all organized for one of Nic's friends coming over. When he came over we showed him some of the videos and photos we got from London and I gave him all the goodies I had gotten from America (Reese's Puffs Cereal, Reese's Pieces and a Babe Ruth Bar for those wondering. :)) I made him a grilled cheese which he seemed to love! And I even convinced Nic to try some of it and she seemed to like it as well. After all of that we did Just Dance where I was stupid and did one of the more difficult songs on there, I hadn't really planned that too well as I wanted a nice cold shower after that! But her friend still hung around for awhile and we watched a bit of Friend's (Which seems to still be very popular over there!) A little while after that Nic had to go to a doctor's appointment so we said goodbye to her friend before heading up to the doctor's office. Of course it was a gorgeous view along the way! I just sat out in the waiting room while she went in and then we decided to do a little bit of food shopping before going home. Probably not the best idea to go food shopping while you're hungry, but we really had nothing in the house for our lunches.
When we got back to her house she wanted me to go in and ask her dad if he could move her car so she had more room to park. But the door was locked (Nic had forgotten her key) and her dad was in the shower! So had to keep calling up the window to try and get his attention! Thankfully the water soon turned off and he heard us! I was the happiest girl because he made me Vegetarian Chicken Korma, one of my favorites to have over there! After dinner we sat outside for a bit to enjoy the nice weather and just watch the nice view she has from her house! When we went back upstairs I private messaged one of my friends to see if he'd like to go on Skype and chat with us for a little bit (it was a little difficult trying to figure out a time as there's an eight hour difference between where he lives and England!) But it worked out and we spoke to him for a bit. And then we found out Alex Kingston was doing Cbeebies for that week so watched some of the videos that had been put up of her reading stories. Ironically it made me pretty sleepy and I got a rather early night!
