History can be found here at the Marvel Wikia Personality:
Clever: Loki, even in his new form, is a very clever young man. He has proven himself capable time after time of out thinking his elders. Loki has used his cleverness to trick others into working for or with him. Instances of this have been talking Volstagg into helping him with the battle against the Serpent by possessing the Destroyer. He has used his skill to also have both Hela and Mephisto aid him. When invading Dark Asgard, Loki figures out how to break the cycle of Ragnarok by altering the history book found there that depicts how the Serpent came to be twisted and vengeful by adding in that Leah had been there to help nurse him back to health, giving the story a different ending, even if he was unable to change how it ended this last time. After the battle, Loki conversed with the All-Mothers, convincing them to lift Hela's cruse, allowing her to return home and explained that his freeing of Surtur from Limbo had been in the best interest of the world at the time and that he had tricked the leader, telling him Asgard would be his but summoning him to Dark Asgard, ensuring its destruction to keep the real Asgard safe.
Kind: Despite his trickster ways, Loki still hold kindness in his heart. One might claim it is thanks to Thor's love for his brother that allows Loki to even feel such an emotion but he does. At times, his way of showing it is misguided but he always means well in the end. He's been shown to care for his companions, Leah and Thori and has vowed to make things right with the Disir after tricking them in his current life and betrayed them in his past life.
Loyal: Loki owes everything to his older brother Thor. He knows this and he does what he can to make the older god proud and/or happy. When he realized Thor's death by the hands of the Serpent was inevitable, he spoke with his brother, trying to see what Thor would do in his position. With his answer obtained, Loki set out to do his best to break the cycle and save Thor in ages to come by allowing him to die once.
Intelligent: While he may not have any of his magical ability in this life, Loki does posses a genus level intellect. He managed to learn the old tongue in a single night, becoming fluent in it just to translate a single message. He was also able to quickly grasp the use of a cellphone and use of the internet to learn more about the people and ways of Midgard, wanting to know more about the realm he would be living on.
Childish: Loki might have been reborn as a child by Thor's will to once again have that childhood bond with his younger brother but that doesn't stop the small god from being a child at heart. He is easily upset when poking about on the internet and is called a "troll" by others when he posts a picture of the sky with the World Tree in it. Loki's first reaction to Odin yelling at him upon their first meeting is to run away from the situation, just like any normal child might, not to stand up to the Allfather as he might have during his past life. After the battle with the Serpent, he shows Leah to a cave to live in near the ruins of Asgard, telling her that they will be "B.F.F.s" and calling her such as he dashes off to avoid her wrath. Loki has also shown his childish side in his love of milkshakes, which he becomes upset when Leah drinks all of his in a dinner, and all the things he has learned thanks to the internet. He has stated he enjoys "memes," has watched many movies on his new iPad, and even took to Tumblr to help one of the hel-pups Hela left him find a home.
Imported Character History:
Loki arrived at Mandalus when he was just meeting Daimon Hellstrom for the first time and worked on settling in as quickly as possible. Upon his arrival, Loki met alternate versions of Thor, Tony Stark, Pepper Potts, Jane Foster and even himself. He also met Jane's friend and assistant Darcy Lewis and became fast friends with Teddy Altman. Loki moved into an apartment with the other Loki and Thor, where he wasn't sure what to do with a new room and a bed all for himself. Once settled, Loki attempted to go to public school and attempted is the key word for Loki. It wasn't even a week in and he started to grow bored and act out, trying to make his school days go by faster and more lively. Needless to say, that did not stick more than two weeks and the older Loki pulled him from school and started to homeschool him. Free of public school, he started up a small business of sorts, running it from Thor and Loki's event planning office. When there was the week long festival in the city, the boy won prizes for all the people that had shone him kindness while he was there, thanking them for all they had done for him. Shortly before he left, the older Loki fell into a coma, causing a panic in the younger and he refused to leave his older-self's side. He would read to him, tell him stories, draw pictures and spend all his time by Loki's side. Before the older could wake up, the smaller god had fallen into a coma and then returned home.
Updated History:

As Loki left Leah's cave, he told her he would be gone for a while... Where he once again finds himself in Mandalus.
Powers/Abilities:
Unlike his past-self, Loki has none of the magical abilities he had in his past life. All he has in his current form is his wits and trickster ways.
→ SAMPLES;
First Person Sample:
Where did this come from…? It's certainly not my Stark Phone.
[Loki sits on a rock, staring at the device in his hands, brows furrowed in concentration. His thumbs clicked away, but he failed to realize it was on and recording him.]
I wonder where Leah and Ikol went… Thori! Here boy! We need to go find Leah before she breaks something expensive.
[The boy got up, looking around the place he stood, lowering the device to his side. A strange sound came from the little god when he realized he was alone.]
…Thori…?
Third Person Sample:
Loki had been running. Trying to get away from a crazed man with not only flaming eyes but a flaming weapon as well. He had only been on a walk to discover the meaning of his nightmare with Ikol only to be ambushed by the man.
Now he seemed to find himself decidedly… Not running away. Green eyes darted around the area, trying to sort out where exactly he was. It wasn't Asgard, Hel, Hell, Broxton or even Dark Asgard. This wasn't even France.
A gloved hand went to smack against Loki's face and he muttered to himself, sinking down to sit on a rock, digging in his pockets for his phone. Maybe Jane knew where he was. Or Sif. Maybe even the Warriors Three. It wasn't worth trying to find Leah. She would just stare at him and insult him for getting lost in the first place. Best B.F.F. ever.
Well. Better get to work making some calls, getting out an email or even one of those text messages that some people preferred.
“Ah… This…Isn’t… Right…” Shifting on the rock, Loki started tapping away at his phone, messing with the different tasks it had, the corners of his lips slowly tugging down into a frown. No bars. No notices for WiFi. No nothing and the little god grumbled, tossing the device on the ground. “Stupid Stark. His little device is faulty and now I’ll be stuck.”
He took off his circlet, setting it by his feet before tugging the black cover off his head, tucking it into his hood to keep it clean. A sigh escaped him and he leaned back to look up at the sky, wondering just where he had ended up and just who had put him here. Oh… The All-mothers would not be happy to find their little charge had gone missing which in turn would pass to Odin. Oh by the Norns. How would Odin take losing another son, again?
Loki lifted both hands to his face, groaning into them to mute the sound should he not be alone here. He really did need to get home. And soon.
