My biggest wish for Christmas was gifted to me on the 23rd, in the form of a deposit check given to the landlord. On the 30th or 31st, I'll go in to sign the lease and will then spend the first weekend of 2010 moving in to my new home.

For as heartbroken as I was over the Jena St. place and it being given away from under me, I'm much happier ( Read more... )

You are also literally doors away from my two favorite children (Baby B! Lil Sedna!) and their mother, who is equally awesome. I will arrange an introduction. She (the mother) might be coming out on NYEve, so maybe you can meet then.

Cox really screwed me when I moved (they sent me to collections for my cable box - which I owned and had a letter from them stating that I owed $0 on my account). So, I'm guessing we will be going with Direct TV, or perhaps just hulu-ing it, etc.
