Now that I'm not in New Orleans, I don't feel that my ridiculous, flamboyant nature gets to come out often enough. Hell, I'm not sure I've worn any of my wigs out here.
SOOOO... I kind of bought myself a little something wild & crazy. That I can wear everyday. Though I've learned driving in it /= best idea.

Food!
What do you eat when you don't like food anymore? That is to say, when you're tired of most everything you regularly eat, and even those that are special occasional foods? Yay! This weekend I finally finished the tiny top hats I've been working on. I'm mostly pleased with how they came out-- they're quite cute, and I worked out some kinks in their assembly. Hopefully I can get them up on Etsy soon, and others will have wonderful tiny top hats as well ( Read more... ) -

For as much and often as I don't like much of Bloomington (see: Little 500 weekend, which I am in the midst of), we are entering in to my favorite part of the year. - Last night I had the best sleep I have had in weeks, which was so necessary. The kitten was quiet, I slept through almost the whole night, and I woke up to a fluffy white belly sprawled next to me.

Spring is in the Air
The other morning I heard Lottie making a ruckus at the bedroom window. I pull open the window, expecting a bunny or bird in the grass, and instead find a huge cat sitting across from her. I quickly grab the camera, name her friend Casanova, and hit record.
Prior to this, she was meowing up a storm and lunging at the window. -

I'm not sure who on my friend's list is watching Dollhouse, but can I simply express, from a non-fandom girl, how OMFG last night's episode was?
