I have to go back to college in less than two weeks. :(
Yesterday I flipped through all my sketchbooks. I'm really kind of amazed at how much my artwork has changed over they past five years. There are also a lot of little conversations/notes in them that I like to go back and read. I decided to scan some things I found interesting/funny.
This is the first person I have drawn in a sketchbook. It's from either 7th or 8th grade. I'm really upset, because I guess at some point in my life I guess I decided I didn't want anyone to see the art in my 6th grade sketchbook and tore all the drawn on pages out of it. So no artwork from that. :(

Another comic from a few months later. With all the off the walls extreme otaku-y fangirliness that went on in my brain back then I'm glad I at least always recognized how odd it was for people to react to the voice actors as if they were the character.
I think the unfinished chibi (the one that I never completely drew) was supposed to be Joshua (since I mentioned Chris Patton in the last panel). I was contemplating filling it in with Fakir instead. :P
In 9th grade I was REALLY upset when this happened. The strangest thing about this image is that it's surrounded be graves of characters I guess I hated back then (although I don't remember EVER hating Tohru or Keiko). Most of the ones I remember I like now and most of the others I don't even remember. XD
Another image from about a year later. This one is Luke from Tales of the Abyss. I must have really liked long hair back then. Regardless this picture makes no sense because I always liked short haired Luke more and he would never do that anyway. I don't know why I cared about Chrono either, he looks exactly the same with or without the braid! XD
This is hilarious because Courtnie wrote it. (I thought it was Sarah until I read the rest of it on the back of the page and it was signed 'Shy'.
I wish for this to happen in-game.

Am I the only one who thinks this picture looks a lot like a Rumiko Takahashi charcter? It was completely unintentional.
This was done over winter break last year. It's colored but for some reason my scanner doesn't want to show it. It's Allelujia/Hallelujia from Gundam 00.
We had leftover origami paper from a program and I used it to make pictures. :P
The only picture in this entry I actually ripped out of the sketchbook to scan. (because I plan on coloring it) It's my pokemon trainer. :D

I draw this during July when I reread Chrono Crusade. I did so without a reference and it was really a doodle. But it came out so well I colored it. :D
In other news, the city was fun! Avenue Q was still awesome the third time around. Over the weekend I saw Julia & Julia with my family. I liked it, but I also used to watch Julia Child's cooking shows when I was little with my parents, so it was kind of nostalgic. Today I played Final Fantasy X at Courtnie's until she was called off to work.
....I think I actually like Tidus....
...in fact he may be my favorite character (alongside Auron and Rikku)....
