WTF that is so unprofessional! Did you talk to a manager about that? You should have asked her "Sooooo are you trying to get fired, or are you just always a rude, callous person?"

I hate poor customer service too :/ I've also worked in a restaurant and in retail O_o I'm surprised some people even have jobs with their attitudes!

I would have but my friends were really tired and wanted to be home ASAP. I am thinking of calling the store today though and letting them know how uncomfortable the whole experience was.

You should definitely call and complain. People get away with this type of behavior because they don't get called out on it!
