[As the camera begins to record, anyone paying attention will get a nice view of Nick's ass at an odd angle. He's carelessly turned the journal on and tossed it aside.]

I am looking for a shirt and a pair of pants. Has anyone, ah, seen them...

[He turns to look down at the journal and...oh my god is this not an audio post...? He dives for the ( Read more... )

[Dat ass.

Oh my. That is definitely a butt. Nick's butt. Why is Nick's butt on screen and--oh, there it goes.

Bryn's not sure if she's relieved or disappointed that the video feed cut out.]

Ah, is it a particular shirt and pair of pants you're looking for?

[;lasks;lakd;ald.

Also, Nick doesn't trust his voice, so he'll write back, albeit messily.]

A pair of jeans and a black t-shirt I found in the clothier tower.

I see. I haven't seen anything lying around. Where did you last see them? Or perhaps, ah, I could help you find something in the meantime? It appeared as if you were in need of any clothing.

[Yeeup. She saw that, Nick. Sorry.]

I'll just be a moment...where should I bring them?

[She can't recall if she's ever been to his room, and if she has, she can't remember the floor or number.

While she waits for an answer, she heads to the Clothier's tower. After all, she does know his general size and figures she can find something that will suit him while he looks for his modern clothing.]

My room, please.

[He's in there. Hiding. Like a hidey thing.]

Twenty-one thirty.

I'll be there momentarily.

[And she was. Sort of. It took a while to find something she thought would fit him but soon enough she had a few options. Hopefully they'd fit long enough to allow him to find what he'd misplaced.

Bryn knocked on his door carefully.]

Nick, it's Bryn. I...I have some things for you.

[The door doesn't open for a minute. Bryn may hear a string of swears in his native language. The door opens and he's wrapped in his sheets. It looks like a poor man's toga.]

Bonjour, Bryn.

[She manages not to laugh, but Bryn can't keep the smile and blush off her face.]

Bonjour, Nick.

[She offered the clothing through the open door. A couple pairs of pants. A couple shirts. Each in a different size.]

See if these work? If not I can go back and look again...

[It's okay. Nick knows he looks ridiculous. He's really got to find his clothes.]

Ah! Gracias.

[He accepts them thankfully and retreats into the room. He returns a moment later in a combo that fits.]

Now I have to find my other clothes.

[The clothes fit, though perhaps not as well as his Halloween costume. Bryn flashed him a smile nonetheless and stepped back so he could exit.]

You don't remember where you left them?

No.

[Anna was no help either. She just laughed at him. ;;]

Would you help me look?

[Still smiling, she nodded.]

Of course. Where should we start? Do you at least know the vague area you left them?

And I have to admit, I'm curious as to why you were without them in the first place...

[He steps out into the hall, shutting the door behind him.]

I misplaced them after I shifted.

[As someone who paid close attention to her clothes when shifting, it was surprising to hear he'd misplaced them so easily, but she didn't comment. It wasn't productive.]

Well, where do you usually place them? Under a bush? Hanging on a branch? Tucked somewhere inside one of the less frequented buildings?
