I don't understand how anyone can find paying women not to have an abortion a solution to this 'problem' (I am pro-choice for the record). What I can't wrap my head around is what the people that support this think is going to happen to all these children once they are born. I would think that it would take so much heartbreak and love to have a child and give him/her up for adoption, and maybe some of these women wouldn't be strong enough to make that choice once the child is born. So here they are, with a baby, and might have have the emotional and/or financial support to raise them. And the child suffers.

And, like you said, there will always some sketchy women who will just get pregnant for the money.
