This summer, Harbor East, Baltimore City’s newest exciting city destination and home to high-end residential, retail and gourmet restaurants and eateries, will host the 2nd Annual Harbor East Fine Arts & Music Festival along with WTMD-FM. The event will feature a full day of arts (by you), food (by the restaurants of Harbor East) and music (by today’s top emerging artists).

DATE: Saturday, August 25, 2007 (rain date: Sunday, August 26, 2007)
TIME: 10am-5pm
COST: Cost to participate is $50 for a 10x10 booth space.
