The tiny votes the BNP get in Scotland always make me happy.
I think the third Socialist party is Solidarity, but, eh, it's all very pathetic. I can't see why they wouldn't co-operate simply for the sake of elections on a simple set of 5-10 policies or so, but then I'm not sure what you can do if your are party x and party y decide they don't want to join in. Certainly I know that the SLP always insisted that other socialist parties simply supported them, rather than joining any united electoral pact.
It was just this really picture heavy leaflet where they were on about Labour not supporting local business and how they would. None of the leaflets I got had any real policies on though. Luckily I didn't get a BNP one or I would have smashed things.
I love our Swedish elections. First you never have to register. If you are eligible to vote you will get your voters card and all the information to your place of residence by mail. There are always tons of places open for early voting the weeks before. Here we could vote early in the main mall, city hall and the library. On the day you can vote even without the voter card IF you go to your designated polling station - usually pretty close to where you live.
