Dana: I'd love to see you do what I do. You'd step up to the plate, and everybody'd go for a beer... Leech! Leech! You suck! Get off the field... You're a fucking joke! But me? Hi, got here through your post at the gilly community journal. :) This is an absolutely lovely review, by the way. She is incomparable in my opinion as well. ;) I had the chance of seeing the play on the first night of previews, and was overwhelmed by her amazing performance. I enjoyed reading your thoughts about it - just thought I should let you know.

Well thankyou! I only wish I'd been sufficiently well organised to get to see the first night of the previews, but look forward to heading back in a few weeks to see how her performance has changed, as it seemed to do from each performance of What The Night Is For I saw.... each of them superb in their own way of course!

Oh yeah, most definitely. I'm heading back myself soon. :)I remember with each performance of What The Night Is For I watched, it seems to bring a new emotion in me everytime.

Can't wait to go back and see this again.

One of the best things about theatre, I think, that spontaneity from night to night, playing off the audience and the moment.

Who knows, may see you back at the Royal Court then!

Great minds think alike, huh? Gillian did indeed do a great job, and thanks for the comment on the review!

P.S. I see you're also an ER fan - good combination. That show for me continues to put out consistently great TV even ten years into its run, which is no mean feat.
