If you get your picture taken with the guys you'll notice that they all go to parade rest when they do it, as in, feet shoulder width apart and hands behind the back. The reason that they do this is that when they do pictures at the open bar for the performers after the show they are never photographed with a beer in their hands, and they can't be accused of putting their digits anyplace inapproriate.
