A bit of feedback please

So I was going to post a poll, but I do not have a paid account. So I shall just ask and please, please leave me a comment. Should I take the apartment with the company I like and wait two months or should I try and find something sooner because I am just tired of waiting?

Otherwise, keep looking.

However, do they have a thing where you put down a bit of money to hold the apartment and then if you find something better, you just lose the 50 bucks or whatnot?
