Because I don't want to do work at a job I am leaving anyways, I am going to give an update for my own record from this long week (which I don't mind sharing) and to waste time this morning:

Well my overall impression is that you are handling this whole situation beautifully and not letting the stress get in the way of getting everything organized and done.

I cannot believe you are starting your new job on the 18th but at the same time, it must a relief to not have that gap in income. And it's only two days until the weekend.

You are amazing! Everything is going to turn out really well. =)

An idea for you, instead of Christmas cards, do Easter cards or New Year's cards with your new address. Why add that stress onto shopping? People will understand.
