I feel Sick

Ben told me the verdict on his job just now. It's not completely official on paper but his manager called and told the other manager to let everyone know that from what they heard, they are going with the other company. I guess all the guys were ashured that they can work out of Cincinnati for now. No time lines have been given yet as to when the ( Read more... )

Oh wow...that is a lot to process right away. I still think that after a month or so of commuting as well as taking those later classes, Ben will have a change of heart and think about looking for something different. I am just worried about all you will have to handle during that time. It sounds like it will be rather overwhelming, so I will keep you guys in my prayers (like I always do anyway). Yes, I do remember the whore from so many occasions. That makes this a double mess. Maybe we need to go down there and confront her in a bathroom. It seems to work so well (remember that? hehe). I am here for you. Just give me some warning and I will be prepared for an intimidation trip. Anyway, I know it will all work out. As much as I hate to say it, maybe something will happen with South Carolina. I hate to have you move away but I know that you would really like that to work out. Or maybe this new company will offer Ben something that he cannot refuse!! That would be wonderful! Maybe a pay raise and some great new benefits ( ... )

I don't even know what to say. Sounds like there's a lot more to be decided. ((HUGS))

Didn't you say that Mead is moving south of town anyway? Maybe it will all work out if you decide to live south.

Thanks Cortnee! Right now his boss is trying to figure out what to do with all the guys that work there (there are 5 of them). He has assured them they will have a job somewhere but they got to figure out where. They may give Ben a job in Cinci which sucks but I know many of people who commute. They are being told to be flexible for awhile until they figure stuff out.
As for Mead, that might happen in 2 to 3 years. There is still a contract for this building for atleast 2 years I have heard.
So we'll see.
Thanks for the Hugs. lol. I am still waiting to see what pans out before I flip out. ha. So right now I feel more nervous then upset I guess. But the waiting game continues to see where Ben will end up....
