Well we are back from our vacation to Myrtle Beach. I'll post about it soon but right now I am pretty tired and not done with writing it. It was great to see the ocean and be on the beach again. Why can't we live like an hour from there? lol

Glad to hear that your appointment went well...when will you decide whether or not to induce? You said you had to be a certain point along...is that like 38 or 39 weeks?

So Brock is allergic to cats, eh? Now do you have to stop going to Stephanie's house or just no more petting of kitties for Brock? Funny that I am actually allergic to Siamese cats. I can hold/pet/own any other kind of cat, but I cannot get near a Siamese without having a reaction.

He said I had to be 'ripened' to a certain point before he will induce anyways. lol. So it could be 38 or 39 weeks, it just depends. And he doesn't use the drug that Ben heard has killed woman. He explained to me that he would never use that. We'll see what happens as we get closer. I might be begging to be induced to get this over with and Ben might just have to deal with it!

Brock has gone to Stephanie's house many times but just never pet the cat. So, I think it is a contact reaction because he touched it. Or maybe the cat had some sort of flea stuff on it that he is allergic to. I need to ask Stephanie. But he'll be fine over there as long as he doesn't touch the cat.

Wow. I couldn't imagine having a baby at 33 weeks! Although it would be nice to get this over with.... J/K

Wow what a lucky excuse not to have ti get a cat (hehehe)! j/k I think you can actualyl get tested for cat allergies, it may just be something the cat got into? hmmmm...

Actually, it is a great excuse now not to get a cat. Ben has been wanting one forever and I have been saying no way. Now, I don't have to worry about it! hehe. Or it could be Brock was allergic to the cat's flea collar or if Steph had treated the cat with something... who knows. I'll have to check with her but for now, we'll let them all believe it is cats so I don't have to hear about getting one! lol

Sounds like a good appointment. The doc sure seems to be induction happy. At least he won't do it unless you are progressing.

Kev is allergic to cats and gets the same way as Brock. We found out over the summer, Ethan is also allergic to them.
