I have 3 years clean from drugs an alcohol. I really cant say where the time has went. Though this has been progress for me considering where I was at mentally, emotionally, and physically 4 yrs. ago

Its nice to see you on here. It's not like it's easy to be a part of the scene you were a part of 3 years ago when you choose to stay away from substances.. (Ephran for example) especially when you've experienced/liked them. It's harder still when your old friends can't see past the bong smoke to your feelings. Just remember that the people/person you're thinking of, are in my list of the most selfish people I have ever met.. and sometimes all you have in common with people are the substance issues.. and when you rise above your addictions, some feel abandoned, and some feel betrayed. Imagine having a conversation that is relative to your current life, and see who would fit most fluidly into your interests and conversations... I may be wrong.. but some of the people you miss have interests that are "SO 3 years ago" and, thats my two cents.
