Caffeine is an alkaloid compound that stimulates cardiac muscle and the central nervous system and is absorbed and distributed throughout the body very rapidly. People commonly perceive caffeine to have desirable effects such as increased alertness and energy, enhanced mood, less fatigue and a boost in athletic performance. However, there are some drawbacks related to consuming excess amounts, including upset stomach, insomnia, nervousness, headaches, caffeine dependence, dehydration and bone loss ( ... )

1. "including upset stomach, insomnia, nervousness, headaches,"
i dont have any of that.

2. "Dehydration is one of the main concerns related to caffeine over consumption."
i drink tons of water and other liquids, and never have any signs of dehydration

3. "2-3 cups, of coffee per day"
thats how much i drink

4. "Because caffeine increases urine production, calcium, which is a component of the fluid, is lost"
i eat a lot of dairy and i take vitamins, and calcium chews. and each calcium chew is more than my daily intake needs to be.

kbye.
i should have said "there is nothing wrong with how much coffee i drink"

Caffeine indirectly gives you rabies. Nocturnal creatures from the woodland realm consume on average of 300mg of caffeine per nightly eating period. This then causes a reverse polarity reaction in the Pancreatic System releasing harmful amounts of Lyssavirus (rabies) into the Salivary Glands and Urinary System. The animals then urinate and spit in the local waters, in which the water is then pasteurized for human consumption. This process does not kill the Lyssavirus strands. Then people drink the water (spit) and get rabies. Scientific studies have shown that the 'animal biting' incidents are neo-conservative propaganda aimed to overthrow Animal Rights groups and have no factual evidence.
