Just a suggestion...i know you mentioned each team would have one person handling assembling that teams puzzle but if that person lags behind or misses something it'll cost the whole team. Perhaps each 'leader' would consider a team effort if others wanted to help? It'd just be nice to know we're not putting all of our eggs in one basket.

Btw....this is an amazing site! You really hustled in coordinating the hunt :)
