I'm really curious what is going on ABOVE the presidential vote? is it asking you to vote for a party in general? 'which is your favourite party'?

That's where you can do a straight party ticket or whatever. So, if you wanted to vote for only democrats/republicans/libertarians/etc. you just fill that in & be done with voting. It's like voter's express or something. I like filling in the bubbles, so I didn't go that route.

wowie. I don't remember that being an option on our Oregonian ballots.
