I think it's almost inevitable for you to feel this way sometimes.
I love you, and you love you sometimes.. which is more than most people can say.

Indulge your self loathing for ten minutes each day, throw a tantrum, write a letter to yourself, rip it up.

Then move on. Because you can only hate yourself for so long, before it just becomes redundant.

You can't change these issues.

The problem isn't that you're fat, or aren't well read.. it's an integral part of who you are.

Make sure that every day you make progress.. Don't let anything happen in vain.
