Do you know what emotion I really, really, really hate... jealousy. I seriously think that of all the emotions that is the one that I hate the absolute fucking most. Because jealousy is a mix of all these other feelings

I am extremly jealous and I fucken hate it, and you are right all those other emotions come into play. I think everyone has those moments when you think...I should of done this...or What If? Thats my biggie, I do the What ifs...alot. I cant help it though, its like a natural thing for me.
Danny says I think too much or worry about things that I have no control over, and hes right I wish I was able to just "shut off" sometimes..but I cant. So I feel ya on this. I probably dont make sense huh? its kinda late and Im kinda tired. lol.sorry.

No chickadee, you make perfect sense! I know exactly what you mean. I'm such a big thinker and worry wart, and thats the worst combination. It sucks that we can't control everything, including our thoughts.
