Frere Roger has been murdered. During a service in the Church of Reconciliation in Taizé. I'm afraid I cried more about this than about my own grandparents dying. He was 90 years old and he is probably extatic to finally be with Jesus - but it's so utterly senseless. The lady who did it was probably mentally ill (the news says
