Actually, I ended up finding it--after you left, I wandered around in the lecture hall for a while wistfully, then spied it camouflaged on a ledge near one of the double-doors on my way out.

I wasn't terribly taken with the carob chips, but the bubbly was indeed exquisite. ;]
