PimPing the KinKi , PART ONE: THAT GUY NAMED KOUICHI.
One of my infamous pimping posts, after such a long time, huh :P. This time it's something different,
I won't be telling you about KinKi Kids, because you must know them already with the 32492342 pimp posts out there which are better than what I could give anyway. I'll give you links to them later, right now I'm totally lazy :P.
☆ This pimp post is not about KinKi Kids but some random points that might or might not have been known. Rather than telling you when they met and where, or what they gone through together, I'll focus on things that are less known. ♥ ENJOY.
THE NAME
KinKi Kids have gone through a lot of name changes from the time they were formed. At first it was 「ジャニーズ関西組」 (Johnnys Kansaigumi), 「堂本ブラザーズ」 (Domoto Brothers), 「W堂本」 (Double Domoto). Then it's the infamous 「KANZAI BOYA」 when they are backdancing for SMAP. During Kiss shite SMAP, they have been introduced officially as KinKi Kids.
Although there were times it was written as Kinki Kids, it changed in the end.
THE 51 : Doumoto(Dohmoto, Domoto) Kouichi(Koichi)
Height: 167.8cm
EYE:
He's intellectual with manly narrow eyes. He uses contact lenses because of his severe Myopia.
(?) He has a Lacrimal Gland of steel, but "Grave of the butterflies" moved him to tears.
EYEBROW:
His eyebrows are neatly trimmed.
NOSE:
He has all sorts of allergic rhitinis, he is sneezing all year.
MOUTH:
His upper lip is thin, lower lip is thicker.
(Seems like)He is passionate towards the people he loves.
HAIR:
His hair is thin yet silky. He is worried about the hair amount left in comb and the wideness of his forehead.
He is being called as "Mildly Bald" by his partner.
BEARD:
Because he is worried that it would get strong, he doesn't shave his beard/moustache unless he is working.
FASHION:
In private, he doesn't look at mirror much, and doesn't care about his outfit either (Jersey Clique). In his house, he is naked (with the exception of wearing bathrobe at times, I remember sort-of-translating the clip where he taught how he pee'd with the bathrobe on TV...)
DINING & LIVING ROOM
・A beautiful room coordinated with tendency on white and grain(of wood).
・There is a big sofa and a table , also egg model lights.
・There are also his favourite stereo and a wine cellar.
・On the ceiling, he has a ceiling fan he got at "Utaban"(Music Show).
・On the wall there is a solo-picture of the time at Yokohama Arena in the rain. (fenlings says it might have refer to the time they had a concert in Yokohama in a hurricane, around like 2000 )
BEDROOM
・On top of the king-sized bed, he does nothing but sleeping.
・The first thing he does when he wakes up is making his bed.
・During the summer, he sleeps while the airconditioning is on (and fixed at 27 degrees).
BATHROOM
・The semi-transparent glass is stylish but he is bothered of the water stains.
・Because he is fastidious, his bathing time is no less than 1 hour.
・(He has the image of) once his bath is over, he drinks his wine with one hand only wearing his bathrobe.
KITCHEN
・Because of his eating disorder, his appetite is small.
・As a result of being busy while he doesn't cook much, there is also a healthy side of him, that he uses his favourite earthen charcoal brazier to cook things like fish or clam(Meretrix lusoria)
・In his refrigerator he always has PET-bottles of Coca-Cola. He re-uses the ice he buys.
CAR
・His beloved car is a red Ferrari, 360 Modena.
・He can't be stopped once he starts talking about F1. He has considerably proffesional knowledge.
・He respects Michael Schumacher.
・When he was a child, he was influenced by an older neighbour of his who liked F1.
・The screen of his cellphone is his beloved cars' emblem. Ringtone sound is F1, sound of 19000rpm engine.
GOODS in Mystery
(1) Guest-Bed : Bed bought in case of "thought maybe Nagase(TOKIO) would come...". It's unknown if Nagase came to stay.
(2) Mug : According to Nagase (TOKIO), there was a mug in the cupboard he was told he can't use, "Because it is Tsuyoshi's". However, Tsuyoshi says "I have never been to Kouichi's house"- so details are unknown.
(3) Wood-carved bear: During Love Love Aishiteru's Christmas Present Exchange he received a wood-carved bear from Okada. The whereabouts are unknown.
(4) Fireworks : "Let's do fireworks. Since I have a lot of them." He invited Tsuyoshi during the radio programme but it's unknown if it had been used.
