i'm ready for the new year.  i know this because i'm happy.  and it doesn't feel like a temporary happiness.  it feels like a settled happiness.  like a things are falling into place kind of happiness.  a safe happiness.  an i can breath without gasping and hyperventilating happiness.  so yeah.
