In the first three months of Year 12, I have achieved the following SAC results:

English: A+, A+, A
Lit: A, B+, A+, A
Legal: A+, A+, A+, A+
Health: A, A+
Psych: A, A+, A+, A, A+

That is amazing, even without considering the inordinately high level of failure I managed in previous years. Yet every day, I wake up and walk around with a heavy lump of dread ( Read more... )

I just want to tell you, as someone who has graduated year 12 and is nearly finished my bachelor degree, that stressing this much over year 12 is not worth it matie. Trust me. Even if you don't get the perfect marks you're hoping for, there is always a way of getting what you want. My mate, in year 12 she got an OP of 18. I'm from Queensland, so I'll explain - we get a grade of 1 to 25, 25 being the lowest, and the cut off point for uni is generally 18. She was shattered, but also determined. She did a year of distance ed at the University of Central Queensland, deferred, and then got into her dream degree at UQ despite getting a completely horrible mark. Basically, once you've enrolled in some kind of uni degree, you're golden. All you'll do worrying yourself so much over this is make yourself sick - I look back on school now as being pretty carefree and social, and sometimes I wish my life was as easy now. Enjoy it while you can matie, and try not to stress so much. You sound like you're doing so well.

Year 12 = my best results in school ever.

Be happy about how awesome your scores are but don't lose track of the final goal. Keep doing everything you've been doing and you'll ace everything.

If you start slacking off like some of my friends did then you don't get the score you could've achieved
