My mum called about half an hour ago telling me the nurse is coming to see me next week. Also I've to go see the doctor for blood tests and also that I probably will have to go on insulen... followed by my mum breaking into tears

Waah, sweetheart.. ;_; *major hugs* I'm so sorry. I don't feel like i have a right to offer advice on this, since I have no idea what it's like. all I can say is try not to isolate yourself. I know it's scary and you might not feel like being around people right now, but I always find that being near the people you care about tends to help where health problems are concerned. it won't make the problem go away, but sometimes just being around people who're willing to help you and support you can make you feel so much better. I've tried dealing with health problems and diagnoses alone before, and it's no fun at all. u_u

Girl.. Put it this way.. unfortunately those fucking injections are the ones that could keep you away from having sugar disorders...
It can be worst.. But of course.. I don't know the pain; but i can imagine that you're frightened about the whole situation..
You HAVE to be strong.. you don't have excuses.. For you, your family and your friends..

Don't give up and cry if you need it.. Just don't look down..
