If the colicky symptoms arose after you started with the antibiotics, she could be having a mild reaction; gas and upset tummy aren't too uncommon in babies eating breastmilk from mothers being treated with antibiotics. It shouldn't last any longer than the course of treatment, and unless she develops other symptoms like rashes or change in skin tone, it isn't really anything to worry about.
