Yay, for quitting smoking!! I spent my entire childhood holding my breath in the back seat of the car as a kid while my parents puffed away. Won't even go in a restaurant that has a smoking section. M lungs just can't appreciate that.

I'm too old and boring for twitter. Or maybe just too tired. My older brother does twitter. I think that's weird.

Yeah, I smoke outside - or smoked out - for the mostest part but I still wish I done this years earlier. And I'm still struggling. I suck.

Glad to hear from you! Good luck with quitting to smoke!

I just celebrated 3 years of marriage last weekend, am taking a hiatus on writing fanfiction so I can write a tv pilot, and planning to visit in-laws in a week and a half. Details are at my LJ. :P

Happy birthday to the awesome Bee, yay you for quitting smoking (don't worry about the gaining - you can deal with that later) and I'm so glad Luna is doing well.

I got PROMOTED and am now the head of the library children's department (as of Jan 1). Sort of scary, but also very cool.

Ooh, mysteries! What are you reading?

Congrats to you!!! That's awesome. I'm currently indulging in medieval mysteries - very comfortable but fun.

I can't believe Bee is 18.

I'm so happy for you, quitting smoking (even though I can't imagine how much it must suck.)

Love you!

Clearly you have brought Bee up briliantly.

I tend to tweet more than I LJ these days - will follow you and point my account out soon.

Best of luck with the quitting smoking!

Thanks I so need it - I still have bad days but they are getting rarer and milder. And it's going better than the the whole YOU MUST NEVER TOUCH ABOUT A CIGARETTE AGAIN OR YOU LOSE FOREVER school of thought.

I just followed you on twitter - let me know if you can't figure out which one I am. :)

And yes, the all-or-nothing approach can be so self-defeating. Am glad a more accepting approach is working for you!
