no, i borrowed it from this book, by a woman who writes under the name of sark. i love it too. the whole book is filled with little stories about her life, inspirational quotes, watercolour art and drawings. your photo made me think of the quote instantly :)

i love your image. so many people say "don't waste your life", instead of encouraging you just to live it.

it's on the corner of London Road and Eldon Road, as far as I can tell from multimap. Next tot he little square there. so you may well have seen it.
