ok. so we're fucked. the roommate bailed without paying what he owes. i have no way of tracking him down. i blew up his cell but it does no good. i have to somehow come up with $500 to cover the remaining rent that's due. and i only have a few days to do so. i have no income for another 2 weeks until unemployment starts. and even when it does start

i have an empty room in my apartment until phil moves in or finds a subletter. i wish it were feasible to offer you that room, but philly isn't columbus.

i appreciate it. but i don't want to leave my home. i don't want to take hannah out of her school and away from her friends right now. we need stability. aside from the lack of dishwasher, i'm happy where i'm at. i just need to miraculously find a way to come up with the money.

You should eventually move out here. It's kind of dumb, but rent is REALLY cheap.
